Privacy, data access, and deletion requests

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. What we hold and how long we hold it is set out on the privacy page. We will confirm what we did, not just that we received the request.

Security issues and vulnerability reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us before telling anyone else and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated, and we will not pursue you for a good-faith report. Please do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours while testing.

Immigration matters

Immigration advice and representation are provided by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
